Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
These terms govern the services Sanvoice LLC provides to your business. Using the service means accepting them. They work alongside our Acceptable Use Policy, our 911 notice and our Privacy Policy.
WHO WE ARESanvoice LLC, based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, serving businesses across South Florida. 866.675.4775, info@sanvoice.com.
WHAT WE PROVIDEHosted business phone service, managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud backup, networking and web design, as described in the quote or plan you accepted. Phone service is delivered over an upstream carrier; we are responsible to you for the service, and we depend on them for the network.
911Read the 911 notice before relying on these phones in an emergency. It is not optional reading: 911 on this service depends on power, internet and the address we hold for you.
BILLINGService is invoiced in advance each month through Zoho Books unless your quote says otherwise. Usage charges outside your plan — international calling, additional numbers, out-of-scope work — are billed in arrears. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Card payments are handled by Zoho; we never see or store your card details.
LATE PAYMENTIf an invoice goes unpaid we will contact you before doing anything else. Continued non-payment can lead to suspension, and suspension stops 911 dialling along with everything else. We would always rather hear from you about a problem than suspend a customer.
TERM AND CANCELLATIONContract length, notice period and any early-termination charge are as set out in your quote or service agreement. Numbers we hold for you can be ported out on request — we will not hold a number hostage over a dispute.
YOUR NUMBERSNumbers we provide are yours to port away. Porting a number in or out depends on the losing and gaining carriers and is not instant; we will keep you informed and will not disconnect a number until a port completes.
EQUIPMENTHandsets supplied as part of a plan remain our property unless your quote says they are sold to you, and should be returned if the service ends. Equipment you buy outright is yours. Faulty equipment is handled under the manufacturer's warranty, and we will manage that for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a working internet connection and power for the equipment, keep your account and address details current, keep credentials secure, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
SUPPORTSupport runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, by phone at 866.675.4775, by email, and by remote session. On-site attendance where the job needs it. Response and resolution commitments, where given, are as set out in your plan.
SERVICE AVAILABILITYWe work to keep the service running continuously and we do not control every part of it — your internet connection, the power supply at your premises, and our upstream carrier can all fail. Any uptime commitment is as stated in your plan or quote. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours wherever possible and notified in advance.
LIABILITYWe are liable for loss we cause by failing to take reasonable care. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the charges you paid us in that period, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
CHANGESIf we change these terms we will post the new version here and tell existing customers in advance of anything that materially affects them.
GOVERNING LAWFlorida law governs these terms, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction.
